Administrative Assistant (12-month Contract)

Our Client is the 1st tier financial group, and currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial support to investment bankers and administrative support to its C-level executives.

Responsibilities

· Process Travel & Entertainment bookings and reimbursement process

· Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Assist in organising various internal and external meetings and events

· Follow up with bankers across the region on any required follow up on deliverable

· Provide regular updates to management and sanitising data for specific requirements

Requirements

· Someone with 6-10 years working experience

· Experience working in banking & finance domain

· Strong keen to develop career path in the industry

· Solution-driven and can work independently

· Able to work in busy and fast-paced office, with flexibility to work OT/weekends

· Strong languages skills, Cantonese, Mandarin and English
