CFO

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. As CFO, you will help establish and direct the organization’s financial goals and objectives, its budget, and financial plan. You will have primary responsibility for ensuring that internal controls are in place, enforced, and reviewed periodically for conformance to accounting and financial standards and applicable regulations.
Reporting to CEO, responsibilities would be to:
* Create an overall organizational finance strategy to ensure the financial well-being of the company
* Drive the company’s short-term and long-term financial planning for the organization
* Prepare reliable current and forecast reports
* Manage regular preparation of financial statements, reports, and recommendations for Management and Board of Directors
* Establish Financial and Commercial KPIs across the company’s various functions, overseeing forecasts and actuals, and monitoring performance
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve KPIs and key metrics across the organization
* Evaluate and manage the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure, building relationships with and pitching to potential investors
* Manage investor relations, providing regular updates and reports to shareholders
* Coordinate company audit and compliance activities
* Manage banking relationships
* Oversee cash flow and cash management processes to ensure sufficient cash availability and best practices in cash management
* Coordinate corporate taxation compliance and planning, minimizing exposure and identify potential opportunities
* Manage financial discipline, including cost controlling. Propose, validate and implement corrective actions to keep operating and overhead costs in line with the levels of activity and agreed targets
* Manage and optimize the procurement processes, systems, and tools, in order to ensure effective and efficient procurement of goods and services
