Responsibilities
Ensure that Customer Due Diligence and KYC is in line with the company s regulatory requirements
Review all compliance policies annually as appropriate and develop any new policies required to meet new business needs
Create and keep up to date a compliance manual for the company s employees
Conduct and oversee internal reviews or audits periodically to ensure compliance procedures are followed
