Senior Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designer and content creators
• Conceptualize and execute creative projects across various media, from initial concept through final production.
• Act as the bridge between creative vision and execution, ensuring all work aligns with our standards.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends, especially in digital media and AI, bringing innovative methods and technologies to the agency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong design, conceptual, and art direction skills.
• Experience in ideally luxury / hospitality / f&b / real estate / beauty
• Experience in photo and video production
• Proficient in creative software and AI applications.

Reporting into the Founder / ECD, and will have 3-4 creatives to manage and freelancers.
