Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer is a key member of our client’s in-house Creative Production agency. This individual will play a critical role in producing visually striking and impactful designs that strengthen the brand’s presence across multiple marketing channels. They will ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and deliver high-quality graphics that communicate key messages effectively. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to align design solutions with business goals and ensure the timely completion of projects. Additionally, this role will focus on improving design processes to enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with fellow designers and managers to adapt and produce graphics, accelerating project completion and reducing dependency on external agencies while maintaining consistency and visual appeal across platforms.
• Oversee graphic design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Lead the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media assets, website visuals, and event graphics, ensuring creative excellence within brand guidelines.
• Foster innovation and creativity by staying current with design trends and techniques, contributing fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
