Visual Designer

4-month initial contract – with extensions

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• End-to-End UI Design: Take ownership of the complete UI design process from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring visually compliant and user-centric interfaces.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries while ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and outputs.
• Proactive Improvements: Identify opportunities for design improvements and propose solutions to enhance user interfaces across our digital products.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and engineers to create interfaces that meet business goals and user needs, while gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Quality & Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of design quality through meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate implementation across various devices and platforms while meeting project deadlines.
• Accessibility Knowledge: Familiarity with accessibility standards
