Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Support senior leadership and collaborate with department heads on all talent acquisition requirements.
- Ensure hire requests comply with internal workforce plans and drive the necessary approval processes.
- Use different candidate search tools such as LinkedIn, agencies, and internal referrals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Add new joiners timely on the payroll and remove leavers timely.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payroll submissions and reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee all types of leave management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper reflection in payroll.
- Administer pension plans for GCC nationals, ensuring portal accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Organizational Design and Performance Management:
- Maintain up-to-date organizational and departmental charts.
- Ensure job descriptions for all roles are current and signed by all parties.
Role education and qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- 7-9 years in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and banking sector[1]specific HR software.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, banking regulations, and ADGM laws and regulations
