* Develop and implement a group-wide people strategy aligned with our organisational goals (delivered through an OKR framework) and values.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
* Build leadership capability and a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
* Oversee all HR operations, policies, and services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee-centred design.
* Set clear priorities, foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and support ongoing development and growth.
