Role Overview:

As the Account Director specializing in property and real estate, you will lead the strategic direction and management of key accounts within this sector. You will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies, and overseeing a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Your expertise in the real estate market will be crucial in crafting compelling narratives and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property and real estate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic PR counsel.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies tailored to the property and real estate sector.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and propose innovative communication solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to benefit clients.
• Campaign Execution:
• Oversee the creation and execution of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with clients’ goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PR professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Media Relations:
• Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists in the property and real estate sector.
• Secure high-impact media coverage and placements.
• Handle media inquiries and act as a spokesperson when required.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Provide clients with regular updates and insights.
• Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of working on property and real estate accounts.
• Deep understanding of the property and real estate market in Dubai and the broader UAE region.
• Strong network of media contacts within the property and real estate sector.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
