Marketing Manager – Fund Management

My client are a leading Fund Management business based in Dubai. They have strong relationships with most of the signification Wealth Funds, Public Investment Entities, Institutional Investors and Family offices across the region. They partner with fund managers specialising in private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, press release, communications.
• Lead the creation of all outward-facing communications, encompassing the company website, on and off-page SEO optimization, media kits, newsletters, press releases, and corporate branding materials, ensuring alignment with the brand essence and audience engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve marketing performance.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading fund manager partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and communications.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
• Ability to work independently and lead the marketing efforts across the business.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
