Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Public Relations Account Director to join my client’s in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading client accounts, developing strategic PR campaigns, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic PR plans and campaigns tailored to the UAE market, leveraging cultural insights and language proficiency
• Oversee the execution of PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery of high-quality services
• Drive media relations efforts, including pitching to Arabic-speaking media outlets and securing coverage across various platforms
• Provide strategic counsel to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their brand reputation and visibility
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional development
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and social media, to ensure integrated campaign execution
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and presentations for clients to demonstrate the value and impact of our services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, with a focus on account management and strategic planning
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape, cultural sensitivities, and business practices
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful PR campaigns
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software platforms
