We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Media Manager to join our prestigious client, a leading global media agency, based in Riyadh, KSA. As a Senior Media Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and driving media strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of talented media professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative media strategies: Create comprehensive media plans and strategies that align with client objectives and effectively reach target audiences in the Saudi Arabian market.
Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic media recommendations.
Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Media planning and buying: Oversee the planning and execution of media campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, print, digital, and out-of-home, ensuring optimal reach and performance.
Budget management: Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI, while closely monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Campaign analysis and reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and future campaigns.
Market research and insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the Saudi Arabian market, leveraging market insights to inform media strategies and recommendations.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, as well as media vendors and partners, to deliver integrated and impactful media solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within a media agency environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian media landscape, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing media strategies that drive results for clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of media metrics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in industry-standard media planning and buying tools/software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
