Our client, a fast-growing retail company is looking for a talented Assistant Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. This person will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
Job Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute marketing strategies to promote the products and services, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, provide regular reports and insights, and offer data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Create captivating and compelling content for diverse marketing channels, such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to foster innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in marketing roles, preferably within retail or similar industry.
- Possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiently utilize digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Embrace a creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
