As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to supercharge our lead generation efforts through strategic paid campaigns and close alignment with our business development team.

Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Executive, your primary focus will be lead generation through high-performing digital campaigns. You’ll be directly managing and optimizing paid channels, particularly LinkedIn and Google Ads, and will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads
• Build and manage all campaigns in-house – from strategy and setup to reporting and optimization
• Monitor and report on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to deliver and nurture high-quality leads
• Conduct market and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities
• (Optional but beneficial) Support SEO efforts to complement paid activity
• Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s goals and customer pain points

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing for a cybersecurity or managed IT services company
• Strong track record of successful lead generation campaigns using Google Ads and LinkedIn
• Solid understanding of PPC performance metrics, especially CPL
• Hands-on approach with the ability to build and manage campaigns independently
• Experience working with sales or business development teams to pass and track leads
• Highly analytical, with attention to detail and performance optimization
• SEO knowledge is a plus, but not essential
