As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for delivering visitor marketing campaigns for assigned exhibitions, ensuring agreed attendance targets are met in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Senior Show Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Marketing (70%):
- Gain a clear understanding of the exhibition’s concept to support campaign execution.
- Manage and implement the marketing schedule for visitor acquisition, including direct marketing (DM), email campaigns (EDM), public relations, advertising, field activations, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, printers, and publishers to ensure high-quality marketing output.
- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials, aligning with corporate and event-specific guidelines.
- Negotiate and manage barter deals with relevant media outlets to amplify campaign reach.
- Oversee digital visitor outreach, including website content and search marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and manage visitor databases, ensuring data accuracy and strategic segmentation.
- Provide regular marketing performance reports to senior stakeholders.
Sales Support (30%):
- Conduct analysis and contribute to identifying exhibitor USPs in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of tactical marketing activities focused on exhibitor acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop marketing collateral and activations tailored to exhibitors.
- Contribute to online marketing initiatives targeting potential and existing exhibitors.
- Ensure all exhibitor-focused marketing materials align with the event and corporate brand identity.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in a marketing or marcomms role.
- Experience across the full marketing mix, including digital and traditional channels.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with external agencies.
- Exposure to data-driven marketing approaches and campaign execution.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or related industries is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
