💼 Reports to: Director, Corporate Marketing
The Opportunity
A leading organisation in the region is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Brand to lead the evolution of its corporate brand across a diverse group of businesses. This high-impact role will focus on building a unified, humanised brand narrative that connects with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Define and lead a clear, purpose-driven brand strategy aligned to business goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and business units
- Oversee the development of key corporate assets, including presentations and videos
- Work with legal teams to ensure trademarks and IP are properly registered
- Audit and maintain compliance with brand guidelines across all departments
Brand Development & Campaigns
- Drive brand development across new and existing platforms
- Lead rebrand implementation across multiple customer touchpoints
- Build and execute internal and external brand campaigns
- Ensure content and creative outputs are high-quality, on-brand, and engaging
- Shape brand storytelling through digital, social, media, and internal comms
Research & Insights
- Commission brand health tracking and perception studies
- Use data and insights to guide brand direction and optimise performance
- Partner with third-party agencies to deliver brand research and analysis
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Educate internal teams on brand guidelines and messaging
- Serve as the brand guardian across internal and external communications
- Partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors to ensure brand alignment
Policy & Budget Management
- Contribute to the development of corporate marketing policies
- Manage budgets and oversee agency/vendor output
- Ensure messaging is accurate and aligned in both English and Arabic where applicable
About You
Experience:
- 10+ years of brand and marketing experience in large corporate or agency environments
- Track record of managing large-scale brand transformation and campaigns
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams
Skills:
- Strong strategic and executional mindset
- Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Skilled in brand research, analysis, and communications planning
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent is preferred
