A global media organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to join its international Integrated Marketing team, supporting pre-sale proposal development across the MENA region. This role is based in Doha and reports into the global marketing leadership team.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end RFP process-translating client goals into strategic, creative, and measurable marketing proposals. You’ll work cross-functionally with media planning, creative, content, and insights teams across global offices to deliver compelling multi-format campaigns, tailored to key sectors and regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic pre-sale proposals and pitch materials for MENA clients
- Build and communicate cross-platform marketing ideas that align with client objectives
- Collaborate across teams globally (e.g., content, performance, events, media planning)
- Leverage insights and data to shape proposals and regional marketing narratives
- Ensure proposals are visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with market needs
Ideal Profile:
- 7-10+ years in cross-platform marketing, ideally within media, publishing, or advertising
- Proven experience crafting and delivering B2B or FDI-focused marketing proposals
- Strong writing, presentation, and visual storytelling skills
- Commercially minded, with the ability to read research and interpret performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking skills in deadline-driven environments
- Arabic or MSA language skills a plus
