Account Executive – Project Management Focus

We’re representing a fast-growing influencer marketing agency in Dubai that works with some of the region’s most recognizable brands. As they continue to expand, they’re looking to bring on board an Account Executive who excels at keeping campaigns on track, clients in the loop, and deliverables on time.

This isn’t a role where you’ll need to bring influencer marketing expertise – what we’re looking for is a strong project manager with a marketing mindset, great communication skills, and fluency in Arabic.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution – from initial brief to post-campaign reporting
• Liaise between internal teams, clients, and creators to ensure timelines and expectations are met
• Track progress, manage deadlines, and handle any snags or delays with professionalism
• Keep campaign documentation organized and updated
• Support client communications, status updates, and basic reporting

🧩 What You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or communicationsrole (agency experience preferred)
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines
• Fluency in Arabicis highly preferred and will be a strong advantage
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a team-player attitude
