About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of brand, digital, content, and demand generation. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building a purpose-driven brand on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Leadership
- Define and articulate a compelling brand narrative and positioning.
- Develop and manage marketing content across digital platforms including websites, blogs, videos, and case studies.
- Craft unique value propositions and messaging frameworks.
Event & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, podcasts, and industry conferences.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and audience engagement across all event touchpoints.
Market Growth Strategy
- Identify growth opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to execute integrated marketing plans.
Sales Enablement
- Equip the sales team with tools such as sales decks, battle cards, data sheets, and customer stories.
- Align marketing output with commercial objectives and support business development.
Content Creation
- Produce and manage high-quality marketing materials including newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and testimonials.
- Support content-led demand generation initiatives.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build strategic alliances with partners to enhance solution visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-market offerings.
PR & Media Relations
- Cultivate media relationships and coordinate press engagement strategies.
- Manage the development and distribution of press releases and work with PR agencies.
Thought Leadership
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Champion customer success stories and build executive-level visibility.
Planning & Budgeting
- Collaborate with leadership to define marketing budgets and performance metrics.
- Translate marketing plans into actionable programs and track ROI.
Must Have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, content strategy, and demand generation.
- Strong record of executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple regions.
- Excellent storytelling, content development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to event marketing and partner-driven campaigns.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
