Our client, a leading global aviation company is currently looking for a creative Brand Performance Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide brand support to all stakeholders, both internal and external, as needed.
- Conduct regular reports on market and audience performance, ensuring relevant teams are updated on brand performance and suggested improvements.
- Organize performance review sessions for agencies and stakeholders as required.
- Manage stakeholder requirements, gather feedback, and secure approvals to ensure alignment before, during, and after project completion.
- Serve as the brand custodian across the business, reviewing and providing feedback on marketing assets, and ensuring consistency in branding and sponsorship materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the business, educating staff about the brand and its core values.
- Oversee the effective reporting of brand performance, liaising with brand insights agencies to ensure regular brand health meetings and follow-up on monthly actions.
- Stand in for the Senior Brand & Product Marketing Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 7-8 years of experience in brand and/or marketing roles within a matrix and global organization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across various disciplines.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts.
- Capable of solving problems quickly, thinking creatively, and meeting localization requirements for diverse markets.
- Understanding of brand-building strategies, differentiation, and consumer insights across various brand segments.
- Proven experience in a brand or insights role, with knowledge of multiple markets.
- Preferably experienced in aviation, travel, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- University degree required.
