Digital Project Manager

Our client, a reputable retail business, is currently seeking or a talented Digital Project Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of the job include:

• Create and maintain marketing processes to manage all the activities within the Digital Marketing and Customer Experience department.
• Planning, documenting, executing, and overseeing projects across all phases, including closure.
• Managing tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
• Identifying and monitoring project issues, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Providing regular updates and maintaining team dashboards.
• Managing plan changes through change controls and re-baselining processes.
• Organizing and scheduling meetings, crafting agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of work stream deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Lead strategic projects aimed at reducing overall costs and time to market for launches, aligning with business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the GM Manager of Digital Marketing and other business and operations leaders to define products and offer program updates.
• Drive the delivery of crucial business initiatives hands-on, overseeing all project aspects including planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning. Propose innovative solutions to project challenges and resolve issues and constraints through consensus and judgment.
• Make project decisions, achieving tactical goals while maintaining a strategic perspective. Manage program and project-level statuses, ensuring transparent communication with senior management and business partners.
• Liaising with teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives

Skills set required:

• 5+ years experience
• Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field
• Technology background, especially in a service-oriented environment with an understanding of software development and e-commerce products.
• Capability to both actively engage in tasks as an individual contributor to accomplish objectives and effectively lead a team towards shared goals.
