About the Company:

We are partnering with a leading global sports marketing agency, renowned for delivering innovative marketing solutions in the sports sector. With a strong presence across major global sporting events, they work with top-tier brands and athletes to create impactful campaigns and experiences. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency’s Riyadh and Jeddah offices. You’ll work closely with senior management, contributing to both the administrative and strategic aspects of the business, while providing essential support in marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Riyadh and Jeddah offices
• Manage office logistics including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating expenses with the finance team based in London
• Assist in drafting high-quality content such as briefing documents, proposals, and introductory communications for clients and partners
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance marketing campaigns and strategies
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed
• Collaborate on sales and marketing projects and support the team in reaching business objectives

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong passion for sports, especially major events in motorsport, tennis, cycling, and sailing
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• A proactive, conscientious approach to work, with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Eager to learn and grow within the sports marketing industry
• Flexibility to travel as required and work across various time zones to meet client needs
• A valid driver’s license and passport
