The Regional E-commerce Manager is responsible for running the online store(s) to deliver the optimum customer centric online experience to boost sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the online store strategy, plan and daily operations to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer service and maximize sales in line with the company objectives and targets.
Manage the annual e-commerce P&L, budget and financial performance by overseeing detailed reports, across traffic acquisition, website management and order fulfilment.
Define product, content and merchandising strategies to enable higher customer conversion rates and lower basket abandonment’s with central product and catalogue teams.
Ensure stock levels are effectively managed and controlled by analysing sales and inventory reports to maximise sales and meet stock performance objectives.
Manage the end-to-end operation cycle of the e-commerce stores to enhance customer’s satisfaction, including stock availability, site performance, speed and quality of service.
Create and implement e-commerce annual business, marketing and sales plans.
Drive online customer engagement and quality traffic to the online store and occasionally to physical stores by working closely with Marketing, Traffic Acquisition, Operations and Product teams.
Generate and implement best-practice processes for the online store touch points, including reporting and reconciliation across operations with warehouse, store operations and customer service teams.
