Senior Associate Development Marketing- EMIRATI

Our client, a leading force in real estate development and destination creation across the region, is seeking a Senior Associate – Development Marketing to join their dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategic marketing and project execution-playing a critical part in launching and promoting high-profile real estate developments that shape the future of living.

Beyond campaign planning, you will serve as a key liaison between internal development teams and external agencies, supporting go-to-market strategies, managing creative assets, and contributing to the overall success and visibility of flagship projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the successful launch and promotion of key products and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns and assets
• Oversee the creation and deployment of product-focused content across digital and offline channels
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring consistency with brand and business objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Online Advertising
• 6+ years of experience in marketing at least
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate across teams
• Strong proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, and social media analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategies to diverse stakeholders
