Social Media Account Manager

They’re looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join their team and work on a prestigious government client account based in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on public communication and engagement.

About the Role:

As the Social Media Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact between the agency and the government client. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance the client’s public presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Relationship:You’ll manage day-to-day communications with the government client, ensuring they are always in the loop and happy with our service.
• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the client’s goals, boosting their online presence.
• Content Creation:Oversee the production of engaging content tailored for different social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Campaign Execution:Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring:Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the client.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams within the agency to ensure smooth and effective campaign delivery.
• Crisis Management:Develop and implement crisis communication strategies as needed to protect the client’s reputation.
• Staying Current:Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency.

Skills:

• Proven experience managing high-profile social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content and manage multimedia projects.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
