Fulfillment Manager

What You’ll Do

• You will lead, manage and grow day-to-day domestic, international & omnichannel e-commerce operations in line with the goals of the business.
• You will manage and strengthen relationships with key logistics partners and partner brand operations teams.
• You will create, implement, ensure and refine critical operations processes and service level agreements established between us and brand/logistics partners.
• You will help build a worldwide network of cross dock and warehouse locations as part of the global fulfillment strategy.
• You will manage, grow and evolve WMS & OMS technology to successfully run drop-ship, first/last mile delivery and consignment-based operations models for the rapidly-growing portfolio of brands.
• You will develop, implement and enhance local fulfillment operations in more top-performing e-commerce markets as the business grows.
