The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role, driving the company’s growth strategy across the entire customer journey-from first touch to retention and expansion. You’ll shape and own the growth engine, designing acquisition strategies, experimenting across lifecycle stages, and influencing product direction alongside the leadership team.
You’ll have the autonomy to test new channels, rethink onboarding, expand service offerings, and embed AI into customer-facing journeys. This role offers a unique mix of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
What You’ll Lead:
Growth Strategy
- Own and evolve the company’s end-to-end growth strategy
- Define ideal customer profiles, test new segments, and shape positioning
- Build a feedback loop: gather insights across the funnel to drive strategic decisions
Acquisition & Funnel Optimisation
- Develop scalable acquisition approaches beyond traditional paid and outbound
- Map and optimise the full funnel-from awareness to monetisation
- Coordinate efforts across product, commercial, design, and ops teams
Experimentation & Execution
- Prioritise and launch growth experiments at speed
- Partner with design and engineering to test, measure, and iterate quickly
- Manage a structured backlog with clear prioritisation logic
Product & AI Innovation
- Identify where AI or automation can elevate the user experience
- Influence product development to unlock new growth levers
- Help expand the platform’s value through adjacent services or insights
Measurement & Scale
- Define success metrics and build the reporting infrastructure
- Track performance across lifecycle touchpoints (activation, retention, NRR)
- Contribute to how the growth function scales-people, tools, and processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing roles, ideally in B2B tech, Logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce services
- Proven experience driving real impact through experiments or funnel optimisation
- Confident working with data tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL)
- Strong communicator with a bias for action and a test-and-learn mindset
- Equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves
- Curious, collaborative, and unafraid to challenge the status
