As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand identity and objectives. You will leverage your expertise in the fashion industry to create engaging content, foster brand advocacy, and enhance online visibility across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement a cohesive social media strategy that resonates with the brand, driving engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Create compelling, visually appealing, and on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Foster an active and engaged online community by initiating and maintaining conversations, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the fashion industry to amplify brand awareness.
- Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Keep updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and the fashion industry.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment of social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends in fashion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
