This is a new role for a Head of Sales to join the business and grow the sales team globally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team and coach the team to success.
- Responsible for topline and bottom-line numbers.
- Create profitability through organic and inorganic sales.
- Accountable for revenue generation through mix portfolio sales.
- Liaise with the multi-functional team leaders and build robust sales strategies.
- Establish measurable goals and objectives that are aligned with corporate priorities.
- Reinforce best practices and active coaching to elevate the skills of the team.
- Drive initiatives for generating revenue from all clients; IBs, HNIs, Family Offices etc.
- Promote a culture of strong risk management.
- Promoting the company’s financial products and services.
Requirements and skills:
- Expertise in global markets, specifically FX, Equities and CFDs.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing teams.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multinational environment.
