I am currently partnered with a growing system integrator based in Jordan. In this role you will be managing a strong portfolio of various solutions & services including Cybersecurity, Networking and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on IT solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and support departments, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in sales specifically in the IT industry.
- You must have a strong understanding of various IT solutions & services including Cyber Security, Networking, and Infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate will have existing strong relationships with enterprise clients.
