As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of P&L, steer revenue growth, and champion strategic partnerships. You’ll represent the business at the highest levels of business and government-building trusted relationships, leading cross-portfolio deals, and driving real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the business’s senior commercial leader in the MENA region
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored to regional opportunities
- Scale the business’s market presence across sectors using deep regional insight
- Lead multi-product commercial deals, including media, events, data intelligence, and executive memberships
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with C-suite leaders, key clients, distributors, and strategic allies
- Navigate regulatory, legal, and cultural dynamics to ensure seamless operations
- Manage and grow a high-performing regional team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven business development leader with a track record of growing commercial operations in the MENA region
- Experience with complex deals end-to-end process
- Deep market knowledge and a strong network of relationships across both public and private sectors
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and operational expertise
- A credible and influential communicator, comfortable engaging at the C-suite and government level
- Arabic & English speaking
