My client is looking for a Sales Manager to join a growing international exhibitions team in Dubai, helping clients from across the GCC gain visibility at major trade fairs around the world.

Responsiblities:
- Drive new business and revenue growth by engaging B2B clients across the GCC.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships using a consultative sales approach.
- Promote international exhibitions aligned to industry trends and client goals.
- Conduct sales outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and trade show networking.
- Attend regional industry events and act as a key brand ambassador.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with international sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Identify emerging trends and advise clients on tailored opportunities to showcase their brand globally.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years experience in B2B exhibition sales. Delegate sales experience is desirable.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
- Resilient, confident, and proactive mindset.
