Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to exceed event revenue goals.
- Engage with senior executives globally to present tailored commercial solutions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outreach.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow annual investment.

- Stay ahead of industry trends through market research, competitive analysis, and attendance at networking events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within conferences or events.
- Proven success in securing high-value sponsorship and delegate deals.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- CRM proficiency for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
