Are you passionate about helping organizations navigate complex risk and compliance challenges through data-driven insights? We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Business Intelligence team in Doha, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across Qatar.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager – Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, primarily within financial institutions and government agencies. Your core focus will be on promoting industry-leading solutions in Risk & Compliance and market intelligence. You’ll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and closing new business to deepening relationships with existing accounts.

This is a strategic role requiring strong knowledge of the regional compliance landscape and the ability to position high-value solutions that address regulatory, reputational, and operational risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in Qatar by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across your accounts
  • Lead the full account lifecycle, including forecasting, pipeline development, and client retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams-Legal, Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Implementation-to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Provide strategic input on market trends, client needs, and product development

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, ideally selling to financial institutions or government entities in Qatar
  • Strong understanding of regional compliance regulations and risk management frameworks
  • Proven track record in selling information services, compliance tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating complex B2B sales cycles
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Risk & Compliance or Business Intelligence sectors and the ability to speak credibly about industry challenges
