About the Role:
As Sales Manager Account Management, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of named accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities across the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, shaping strategic account plans, and delivering value-driven insights that support your clients’ evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable revenue growth by managing and expanding existing client relationships and securing new business in your assigned regions.
- Execute a full-cycle, consultative sales process with accurate monthly forecasting.
- Craft and implement account strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions.
- Travel across your regions up to 35% to engage with clients and prospects in person.
About You:
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 8+ years selling complex enterprise solutions in the Middle East, Africa, or Indian Subcontinent.
- A proven track record of closing large, high-value deals in the base chemicals or related industries.
- Deep consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- A degree in a scientific or technical discipline is advantageous.
