Business Development Officer

We are partnering with a well-established regional consumer brand that has rapidly expanded across MENA and the UK. With a strong presence across multiple cities, they are now investing in their commercial partnerships function and looking to hire a Business Development Operations Executive to support this scale-up.

This role will play a key part in the success of corporate partnerships by ensuring the smooth execution of agreements, campaign deliverables, and day-to-day relationship management. It is ideal for someone commercially minded, highly organised, and confident in working across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Officer:

• Support the Business Development and Partnerships team in managing existing partner relationships and developing new ones
• Coordinate the fulfilment of partner deliverables across campaigns, events, and activations
• Create proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for new business opportunities
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and activations
• Assist in lead generation and reporting for new partnership prospects
• Track commercial performance, KPIs, and partnership ROI
• Support strategic and operational planning within the BD function

Requirements of the Business Development Officer:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or partnership coordination role
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with both B2B and B2C environments is a plus
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
