Business Development Manager – Large Format Print & Visual Branding
Reporting to: General Manager
I’m supporting a leading large-format printing company in Abu Dhabi that delivers high-impact solutions across billboards, building wraps, retail displays, vehicle branding, exhibition signage and more. The business sits within a wider media group and partners with some of the region’s most prominent brands, developers, and government entities.
As part of their growth strategy, they’re now looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive commercial expansion across key verticals including real estate, media, events, retail, and public sector clients.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on sales role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and converting commercial briefs into successful print and signage projects. The ideal candidate will come with solid industry knowledge and an established network across relevant sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and convert new business opportunities across OOH, real estate, events, retail, and government sectors.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as marketing leads, procurement teams, and media planners.
· Develop tailored proposals across large-format printing, signage, and installation services.
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and delivery handover.
· Work closely with in-house teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
· Attend industry events, client meetings, and trade shows to represent the business.
· Provide regular market feedback on pricing, competitors, and service trends.
· Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to weekly pipeline reporting.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales within printing, signage, OOH media, or event branding.
· Strong understanding of large-format print materials, production workflows, and installation logistics.
· A well-established UAE network across media, retail, property, or public sector channels.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· UAE driving licence preferred.
