Senior Sales Manager – Global Real Estate Event

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full relocation support and family benefits provided)

Salary to SAR 38,000 + commission

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial success on one of the region’s flagship real estate exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all commercial activity for a major global real estate event
• Engage with influential international clients and convert high-value opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
• Operate autonomously, driving both new business and strategic account growth
• Focus on growth within European markets while delivering a seamless sales cycle
• Forecast accurately and build a strong, conversion-driven sales pipeline

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8-10 years in B2B exhibitions or large-scale events
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and senior client relationships
• Demonstrated success in proposal development and client acquisition
• Strong background in the real estate, property, or investment sectors
• Track record of hitting commercial targets and bringing new business to life
