As CEO, you will drive strategy, commercial performance, fundraising, and multi-market expansion while building a people-first culture and a resilient leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s growth strategy in partnership with the board and investors.
• Lead client acquisition, retention, and upsell across enterprise and government accounts.
• Hold full P&L ownership, ensuring profitable growth and strong unit economics.
• Raise a multi-million Series A within 12 to 18 months and manage investor relations.
• Drive regional expansion across GCC markets, establishing entities and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company with investors, regulators, and at key industry forums.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and embed a collaborative, performance culture.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and operational discipline across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience as a CEO, Founder, or Senior Business Development Executive within a solutions-focused technology, digital transformation, or enterprise project sales environment.
• Demonstrated fundraising track record with venture capital or strategic investors.
• Deep understanding of GCC business norms and regulatory frameworks, especially in KSA.
• Evidence of scaling multi-country operations with strong financial acumen and KPI ownership.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Finance is advantageous.
