Position Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing sales presentations, and preparing sales proposals.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Order Processing: Oversee the order process from initiation to completion, including order entry, tracking, and delivery.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, track sales performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing sales databases.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events and client meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
