A leading e-learning software business is hiring a Head of Sales to lead and motivate their team of 4 local sales reps.
Responsibilities:
The focus of the role is to generate revenue by selling e-learning SaaS products to schools, universities and corporate businesses. We’re looking for a hunter with experience building territory plans for businesses across GCC and great at managing high performing sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new customers and nurturing existing business
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business for the team
- Weekly team and individual meetings to keep track of pipeline and processes
- Develop account sales plans and forecast accurate pipeline
- Maintain a professional and timely approach to meet deadlines
- Work as a team
- Track all sales activity on the CRM system
MUST HAVE experience:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales team management experience
- An extensive network in the education industry across UAE/GCC
- A proven track record of success in target driven environments.
- Excellent customer- facing skills.
- Process oriented.
