My client are a leading Out of Home Advertising agency in the region. They are looking to expand their team for multiple projects in Abu Dhabi.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the site construction phase of a project
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
Monitor and track project progress, including budget and timeline
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager
Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction plans are followed accurately
Provide technical advice and support to the site team
Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Professional engineering license or certification is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management
Experience in fit-out projects, preferably in the retail or commercial sector
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
