IT Business Analyst

Job Overview

As an IT Business Analyst for our client, your role involves bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders. You will understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Technology Analysis:

• Conduct audits of current technology infrastructure, evaluating platforms, integrations, and data flows.
• Support CRM/Lifecycle Marketing strategies across digital channels.
• Collaborate with users to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare reports outlining findings, recommendations, and optimization roadmaps.
• Integrate technology tools for efficient operations.
• Ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Utilize analytics tools for insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement automated processes.

Business Analysis:

• Define and document business requirements for system functionality, performance, security, and internal controls.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams for solution delivery.
• Participate in technology evaluations and Request for Proposal processes.
• Interact with business units to understand processes and IT needs.
• Prepare and execute test cases for functional and regression testing.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing.

SAP Support:

• Participate in project implementations, upgrades, and migrations related to the Sales Order to Cash process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for system solutions.
• Perform system analysis, testing, and documentation for enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Provide user training and support integrated business processes.

Customized Delivery:

• Gather and analyze requirements for customizations or enhancements.
• Design custom solutions or configurations.
• Create functional specifications, system design documents, and data flow diagrams.
• Develop prototypes and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
• Customize workflows and processes within systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.
