Location: Ras al Khaimah

I am looking for an Organizational Transformation & Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to join my client in Ras al Khaimah.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects focused on organizational redesign, process optimization, HR strategy, performance improvement, and customer experience enhancement. You’ll work closely with clients across sectors to deliver actionable insights and transformative solutions, helping align internal processes with business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects in organizational transformation, process improvement, HR diagnostics, and CX strategy.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, analyzing org structures, roles, and spans of control.
  • Perform process mapping and workflow analysis, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Review and benchmark KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring consistency across departments.
  • Analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data through surveys and interviews to shape CX strategy and identify service delivery gaps.
  • Translate data and qualitative feedback into clear, structured recommendations.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and presentations to build credibility and drive buy-in.
  • Prepare clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on consulting experience.
  • Proficiency in organizational design, process improvement, and customer experience frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills-comfortable working with all levels of an organization.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, VoC tools, or performance management frameworks.
  • Prior work in consulting firms or on large-scale transformation projects.
