Senior Manager – Operational Excellence (EFQM & RADAR)

I am looking for an experienced and driven Operational Excellence (OE) Leader to join my client on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a high-impact role for a professional with hands-on experience in the EFQM framework, RADAR tool, and other globally recognized OE models and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the application and refinement of EFQM and RADAR-based frameworks across the organization.
• Facilitate model and tool testing and piloting, including:
• Training staff in the use of OE models and tools
• Co-facilitating workshops and sessions
• Validating tools during pilot phases
• Contributing to the development of post-pilot reports and refinements
• Support post-pilot implementation efforts by recommending continuous improvement strategies, handover plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed OE practices and promote a culture of excellence.
• Ensure alignment with regional and global OE best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence or related functions.
• Deep knowledge and practical application of the EFQM model and RADAR tool.
• Proven experience in model/tool deployment, piloting, and capability building within large organizations.
• Strong understanding of business transformation, performance management, and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Regional experience (GCC or MENA) preferred.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
