We are working with a leading global enterprise software vendor that is expanding its presence in Kuwait. They are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in enterprise solution sales to drive growth across the Government, Public Sector, and Oil & Gas verticals.

About the Role
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle – from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to closing deals and ensuring successful deployments. The focus will be on building long-term partnerships in the Kuwait market and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation across the Government, Public Sector, and Oil & Gas verticals in Kuwait.
  • Develop and execute account plans, market penetration strategies, and long-term sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in government and public sector organizations.
  • Collaborate with local partners and system integrators on complex, high-value deals.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, drive pipeline growth, and ensure timely bookings, billings, and collections.
  • Monitor market trends, perform competitor analysis, and develop strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Create compelling value propositions and tailored solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA and/or Engineering degree with a specialization in Marketing (preferred).
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on the Government and Public Sector in Kuwait.
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-value, complex solutions and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop long-term strategic relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with system integrators and local channel partners.
  • Well-established network and relationships within the government and public sector in Kuwait.
