ServiceNow Process Consultant – Arabic Speaking

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking ServiceNow Process Consultant to join a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner!

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and articulate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the design and documentation of end-state Service Management processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Develop user stories, requirement traceability matrices, and functional/business requirement specifications.
• Present and gain sign-off on process designs from client leadership.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to measure process improvement effectiveness.
• Assist in developing process maps, workflows, and test strategies (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, etc.).
• Support the adoption of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• ITIL & ServiceNow Administrator certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 20000.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
