ServiceNow Process Architect – Arabic Speaking

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking ServiceNow Process Architect to lead the design and optimization of business processes, enabling enterprise clients to achieve greater efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert across ITSM and related modules (GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc.), guiding clients toward ITIL 4 best practices.
• Drive a services-based Service Management approach over traditional process-based methods.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, producing FRS and RTMs.
• Design, document, and present Service Management process architectures based on client needs.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure solution alignment with process design.
• Validate builds, create test scripts, and oversee testing phases (including ATF automation).
• Provide training to stakeholders and support change management efforts.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Support continuous process improvement and contribute to large-scale transformation engagements.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• At least 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (e.g., GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD).
• Proven experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager).
• Strong background in ITSM frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000).
• Demonstrated success in business process consulting and delivering measurable improvements.
