Smart City Strategy Consultant

We are working with a leading consultancy engaged on a high-impact Smart City development project in KSA. They are seeking a Technology Strategist / Solution Architect to support the development of a comprehensive Smart City Technology Masterplan.

Project Overview:

You will play a key role in developing and specifying a detailed Smart City Technology Masterplan to guide the integration of approximately 15 use cases across City and District levels. These will span multiple domains including mobility, utilities, safety, governance, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the Smart City Technology Masterplan in alignment with client goals
• Identify and define technology requirements across 15+ use cases
• Support the integration of IoT, smart infrastructure, and digital services
• Advise on solution architecture and digital transformation strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders at city and district levels to drive implementation plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in Digital Strategy, Technology Transformation, and Smart City planning
• Strong knowledge of IoT, Systems Integration, and Solution Architecture
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
• Must be currently based in KSA with a transferable Iqama
