Dynamics 365 (CRM) Architect

UAE- Abu Dhabi Contract / 4 Months AED25000 - AED30000 per month

4-month contract – extendable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related
  • 8+ years of CRM 2013/2015/2016, D365 CE modules, including Sales/Marketing/Service/Field Services and CRM Portal
  • Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience
  • Professional Dynamics CRM certification
  • Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, simultaneously
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge in Azure technologies like API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps development is advantageous

Nice To Have:

  • Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
  • Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript and C#
  • Proven knowledge in one or more of the following: Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL, SSIS.
  • Telecommunications and Telco-Operator Services industry experience is a plus
